I have been training with R.I.P.P.E.D. for 7 months now. I have never felt better in my life. I am using Optimum 100% Protein along with BSN Cell Mass Esterified Creatine and as well as Lipo 6. I have increased my mass and overall performance.
I love this program. Since starting this less than 7 months ago, my body weight has gone from 183 to 220 lbs. My goal has been to get to 220lbs. My strength and rep form and overall capabilities continue to go up almost every workout. I have done 3 complete 9 week cycles. The alternating rep work out weeks are perfectly placed to allow my body rest and I do not get feel tired out or bored on this workout.
These are my improvements:
Bench Press 185 to 255
Lat Pull Down 120 to 145
Military Press 115 to 195
DeadLift 135 to 185
Barbell Curl 50 to 90
Overhead Triceps Press 40 to 95
Squat 165 to 265

I read the RIPPED Weight Training e-book and all I can say is WOW! I thought this was going to be another one of those “all-hype, no information” type of book, but that wasn’t the case at all. Steve’s e-book contained a lot of information I never heard before, along with a clear-cut method of applying the knowledge. Combined with the concise workout routines on the website, this makes a dynamite contribution to my quest for a R.I.P.P.E.D. physique.
The points Steve makes are like nothing I’ve ever read before. His no-nonsense approach combined with a touch of humor made reading the book and getting into the guts of bodybuilding a snap. I wanted to tell you guys that with your program, I went from bench pressing 185 pounds 9 times, to bench pressing 275 pounds 7 times in the matter of months. I've gotten more gains from your program in 6 months than I did in 6 1/2 years of weightlifting. I still can't believe how much of a great deal I got, surely you should of charged more.

To date, the R.I.P.P.E.D. program has given me the best results of all systems I've tried by a landslide. I ventured into Mike Mentzers' Heavy Duty territory for quite some time, and it taught me that while one can maintain mass on once a week or less workouts, it doesn't yield the kind of startlingly fast gains your program does.
Between when I started your program in November, at a height of 5'8, I went from 160 and 8% bodyfat with a 32 inch waist to 196 with a 33 1/2 inch waist. And, considering I was pulling 325lbs for 8 reps on stiff legged deadlifts, and my abs were still very visible, I estimate that only 1/4-1/2 inch of that waist gain was fat. Since then, I've gotten as heavy as 205 at times, but at my present height of 5'9 I tend to look kind of funny above 195lbs. The point I am trying to make is simple people, this program works!

I really love the member’s area of the website. Everything is nicely laid out and there is just so much content. I especially love the member’s forum, if I simply have a question, I know where to go.
R-I-P-P-E-D will definitely get you ripped, it goes through different exercise trainings starting from "newbies" to "advance" so it'll work wonders for everyone. The main e-book is a 141 page document that will give you ALL the information you need to know from going fat, to PHAT!

WOW, I have been weight training for over 10 years and I was a personal trainer for 5 years. I have been on your program for 12 weeks now of the beginner stage and am impressed. With the stage routine guideline, I have gained 13 pounds of muscle and increased definition. My goal when I started, by the way, was to gain 10-15 pounds.
I have never been able to gain weight before despite repeated attempts, especially when I was a high school and college athlete, so I complement and thank you for your program.

“Steve, R.I.P.P.E.D Weight Training really has BLOWN UP the proportions of my bodybuilding regime, literally! Exactly like you said, I've tried out 3 other muscle building programs in the past 2 years and the results I've got are minimal to say the least.
Having had to suffer internal injuries and torn muscles, I almost gave up on weight training altogether. With this 'bible' of muscle building, however, the results I've been getting have been utterly AMAZING! I've only barely started and I've put on 5lbs of muscle - something my gym partner took triple the time to achieve! Steve, I'm in the 8th week of your program and my body is completely transforming. My waist is smaller and tighter and my body weight is up, I FEEL GREAT!
I am alot stronger already and also alot more muscular! I can't wait for my next workouts now, whereas before I dreaded them! Update "Your program has changed the way I see weight training forever.
I have made considerable gains in every area of my body. Everyone has noticed a drastic change in me. In Febuary I could only squat 125lbs 10 times. Last week I squated 280lbs. 6 times! I just benched pressed 300lbs on tuesday. Its been a goal of mine for a long time and I finally got it thanks to you and your training methods! I lover your warm-up method as well... how did you create this system?
