I have been training with R.I.P.P.E.D. for 7 months now. I have never felt better in my life. I am using Optimum 100% Protein along with BSN Cell Mass Esterified Creatine and as well as Lipo 6. I have increased my mass and overall performance.

I love this program. Since starting this less than 7 months ago, my body weight has gone from 183 to 220 lbs. My goal has been to get to 220lbs.
